Hockey Performance Center of St. Louis (HPC)
HPC is the area’s first ever full service hockey training facility and Independent Hockey League. HPC was founded by local hockey coach Clem Placke and is located in South St. Louis County, within the All American Sports Mall. HPC is dedicated to providing the best Off-ice and On-ice training to the St. Louis and Metro hockey community.

Clem Placke
Clem was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. Clem's hockey resume reflects his passion, knowledge, and involvement in local hockey: a former 4 year Varsity starter in goal at Lindbergh High School; 4 year goalie, Junior B Blues; 3 years AAA Blues Squirt Goalie coach; 4 years high school Assistant Coach; 6 years high school Head Coach; 3 years Turcotte Stick Handling School Instructor, Mite and up; 3 years Spirit of Saint Louis Summer Hockey Camp Instructor, Mite and up. Today, Clem is managing the day to day operations at HPC and working with his talented instructors to offer quality skill development programs that teach proper technique to area players. Clem is also a 7 year Army vet, that served from 1991 - 1998.
Clem is also the Central District Rep for AAU Ice Hockey, President of Missouri Amateur Hockey Association (which is the local affiliate of AAU Ice Hockey), President of the Youth Showcase Hockey League, and President of St. Louis Knights which plays in Missouri Amateur Hockey Association (MOAM) the AAU Ice Hockey affiliate.

My goal is to provide the best service to all of HPC customers past and present. If it is not right I will make it right. We have become a sucessful business because of you and we thank you for your continued support for many years to come. We here at HPC love teaching the game of hockey at a price every budget can afford, free of "rink politics". If you require assistants in paying we work with our clients more than any other hockey facility in the area and we pride ourselves on that. Welcome to hockey haven St. Louis !
